Weddings

Please note that if we are providing top cloths for your tables we are more than happy to deliver these to the venue in advance so as not to disrupt their setting up of the tables beforehand.

If you have a particular theme in mind and cannot see it immediately then please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be more than happy to talk through new ideas and put together a proposal perfect for you.

Wedding Themes

Gorgeous Gingham

Gingham is the perfect fabric for your spring / summer wedding, whether it be pastel pink, lilac or the ever more popular lemon, it really does create a pretty setting for your wedding breakfast.  We would generally use our white chair covers and have alternate over sashes of white and pink gingham, each chair cover has a single rose at the back, white on the gingham and pink, lilac or lemon on the white over sash, trailing ivy from the single rose is a beautiful finishing touch and brings the outside in.

We would suggest having a gingham top cloth on your table, your napkins rolled and tied with ribbon and gorgeous handmade place names to complete the look. Why not add some butterflies or dragon flies, very effective.

Suggested centre piece - cake stand with flower arrangement on the top tier, and instead of having favours why not have little cup cakes on the stand, one per guest at the table, they can have it with their coffee!

Suggested Place name - luggage label printed with the name in the coordinating colour and attached to the ribbon around the napkin, maybe attach a butterfly to the ladies luggage tags to give it a little more femininity.

Valentines

Valentines day is the most romantic day of the year and why not let your tables reflect that, we have beautiful red chair covers that would create the perfect look for your special day, if you think that this might be too much red then why not have alternate red and white chair covers, each chair cover with a white or red heart attached to the back, this could be purely for decoration or it could be your guests place name, its a nice alternative to having it on the table.

Red charger plates look amazing on the white linen, again if you would like to go a little more understated but still have the impact why not have red beads wrapped around your crisp white napkins with a fresh rose in the ladies napkins, or in them all!

Suggested centre piece - Beautiful white candelabra's look perfect on the table with red roses and trailing foliage, or if you would like to go a little more way out then we could always have red candelabras with white roses. This is a really striking theme and will definitely bring the wow to your wedding day!

Suggested place name - If you don't think the place names on the back of the chair are for you then we are more than happy to have red heart with your guests name hand sewn with white beads, we did this for a Moulin Rouge party in red and gold and it looked sensational, check out our themes section where there is a picture!

Country Garden

Why not bring the outside in on your wedding day, with topiary trees, blossom trees or even boxed hedge seating areas, we really can do anything. A beautiful colour theme is white and sage green, meaning that it will fit in with pretty much whatever colour you decide for the bridesmaids! White table linen, white chair covers with sage green organza bows, candelabras with white roses and trailing green foliage, this is a very simple theme but very effective, its the little things that make the difference.

Suggested centre piece - this would most definitely be the candelabra with white roses and trailing foliage, you could bring some colour into the flowers to co-ordinate with the bridesmaids if you wished

Suggested Place name - A well chosen leaf tied to your crisp white napkin with trailing Ivy, the leaf can have the guests name written on it in either gold or silver pen.

Winter Wonderland
 
What a magical theme, and not just for christmas, this has been used throughout the year, everything white, everything crisp apart from the subtle hints of colour on the twigs trees around the room and the gorgeous white twigs that are in fairy light filled vases on the tables! The coordinating colour can be in the form of butterflies, dragon flies, blossom flowers. We can add these to suit the theme of your wedding.

If you are looking for a winter wedding and like the idea of a white theme this is perfect for you and amazingly is the most economical of all of our themes, generally a venue would use white table linen so provided that you only had to organise chair covers and a centre piece, an average table of 10 would be costing around £60 per table.

We can of course provide you with place names and table names to complete your look if you wish. If you are looking to splash out then why not have an amazing ice sculpture, maybe the Bride and Grooms first initial, lit from underneath this is spectacular.

Suggested centre piece - white twigs in a fairy light vase, beautiful...

Suggested place name - Maybe a white christmas tree with the guests name sewn on with colour coordinated beads to suit your theme, please see our Moulin rouge theme section to see how the name would be sewn on.

 

Please note that we offer a chair cover hire service from £3.50 per cover including a coordinating sash, we have chair covers and sashes in a wide variety of colours and are happy to meet up and bring swatches, this price includes our service of setting up the chair covers and sashes on the morning of the event and collecting the following morning.
